Welcome to Church Renewal International online mentoring

Here is some information to help you get started.

Mentoring Portal

The Church Renewal mentoring portal is your hub for everything related to mentoring. This is where you will join mentoring sessions, access materials, and communicate with your group. The portal can be accessed by visiting https://renewal.app. You can also find a sign in button on our website.

Once on the sign in screen, enter your email and click Sign in with Secure Link. We will send an email with a link. Click it to sign in.

Sessions

Once signed in, you will end up on the Dashboard. The Upcoming Sessions panel displays mentoring sessions that are coming up. Shortly before a session is scheduled to begin, a Join Now button will appear. Click it to join the mentoring session, which is on Zoom.

Once a session is done, you will find it in the Past Sessions panel.

  1. Click on a session to see session notes and homework.

  2. If you were absent, a Watch button will appear. Click it to watch a recording of the session.

Materials

In the main navigation click Lessons. This is where you will read the lessons assigned by your coach. If your group is doing TheWay, you can access it at https://theway.app.

Your coach may occasionally get you to download supporting resources. You will find them on the Resources screen.

FAQ

I forgot my password

You can use a one-time code instead of using your password.

  1. On the sign in screen, type in your email and click Continue.

  2. Click Login with one-time code.

  3. Check your email inbox for a an email from us, which will contain a code. Enter it to sign in.

How do I change or set a password?

  1. Click on your profile picture on the top right.

  2. Select Preferences.

  3. Under Sign In Method, ensure Password is selected.

  4. If you hadn't already set a password, type in a password. Otherwise click Change Password to change your password.

How do I update my profile?

  1. When you're signed in, click on your profile picture (top right) and select Edit Profile.

  2. Update the desired fields on the General or Church tabs and click Save.
